Step 1: Choose your products
Browse our shop by category, for example digestive health, men’s health or functional beverages. Each product page explains what is inside, how to use it and the pack size. Not sure what to choose? WhatsApp our team and tell us what you would like support with. We can advise in English or Twi.
Step 2: Place your order
You have two easy options:
- Order online: add products to your cart and check out with your name, phone number and delivery address.
- Order on WhatsApp: message 053 757 7738 with your full name, your location, the product name and the quantity. Every product page has an Order on WhatsApp button that fills in the product for you.
We then confirm your order, the total including delivery, and how you would like to pay.
Step 3: Pay the way that suits you
- Mobile Money: MTN, Telecel or AirtelTigo.
- Cash on delivery: available within Accra.
For deliveries outside Accra, payment is made by Mobile Money before your parcel is dispatched.
Step 4: Receive your delivery
- Accra: same-day delivery.
- Rest of Ghana: 24 to 48 hours to all regions by VIP bus, Ghana Post or courier.
- Outside Ghana: worldwide shipping on request, popular with Ghanaians abroad buying for family at home.

How to make sure products are genuine
When buying any supplement online, check that it is registered with the Food and Drugs Authority, Ghana. All the YES GLOBAL products we sell are FDA Ghana-registered food supplements, and we can share our FDA trust flyer on request. Be cautious of sellers who promise that a product will cure a disease: food supplements are not medicines, and genuine sellers will not make that promise.
