About these terms

These terms apply to your use of greatnessmallgh.com and to orders placed with Greatness Mall online, by WhatsApp or by phone. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products

We sell YES GLOBAL food supplements, functional beverages and personal care products registered with the Food and Drugs Authority, Ghana. Food supplements are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and should not replace a varied, balanced diet, a healthy lifestyle or medical care. Always read the label and follow the directions. Product images are for illustration and packaging may change.

Prices and promotions

Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GH₵). Promotional prices apply for the stated period or while stocks last. We may correct obvious pricing errors before confirming your order.

Orders

Your order is accepted once we confirm it by message, call or email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or details cannot be confirmed; if you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Payment

You can pay by Mobile Money or, within Accra, cash on delivery. Orders for delivery outside Accra must be paid by Mobile Money before dispatch.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within Accra on the same day and elsewhere in Ghana within 24 to 48 hours. These times are estimates and may be affected by transport partners, weather or public holidays. Delivery fees are confirmed when you order. Please check your parcel on delivery. See our Delivery and Payment page for details.

Content on this website, including text, images and audio lessons, belongs to Greatness Mall or its partners and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Information on the site is general and is not medical advice.

Business opportunity

Information about joining Team Greatness or the YES GLOBAL business is general. Earnings depend on individual effort and are not guaranteed. The YES GLOBAL distributor agreement and compensation plan govern any business relationship.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Ghanaian consumer law. We are not responsible for losses caused by using products other than as directed on the label.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
